Diet Designs® Policies and Procedures
Local Deliveries:
Monday/Wednesday between 12noon and 3pm (5-day program)
Monday/Wednesday/Friday between 12noon and 3pm (7-day program)
Please arrange to have someone available to receive your food, or provide detailed instructions on where to leave deliveries (a safe, cool place, inside a cooler, etc).
Your delicious, fresh meals are delivered in a Diet Designs® cooler bag. Once emptied,
please leave the black cooler bag(s) outside for pick-up.
Pick-Up:
Local clients may come to our facility to pick-up their meals Monday, Wednesday or Friday between the hours of 11:30am and 3:30pm.
Delivery fee:
$12.00 per delivery (approximate) within Los Angeles proper. For local delivery outside of the area, please contact Diet Designs® at 310.253.9079 for a quote.
IMPORTANT:
Diet Designs® currently does not require a bag deposit, however, bags not returned upon termination of your program will result in a charge of $25/per bag.
Diet Designs® ships to locations outside of Los Angeles using Federal Express (FedEx). Please contact Diet Designs® at 310.253.9079 for a quote.
There is a fee of $25.00 applied per shipment to cover ice packs and specialized packaging for perishables.

FedEx is shipped Priority Overnight to arrive the next day by 10:30am:
Tuesday and Thursday (5-day program)
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (7-day program)

Diet Designs cannot be held responsible for FedEx due to their negligence and/or acts of nature. We promise to work on your behalf regarding all FedEx
claims due to damaged meals, undelivered packages, acts of nature, or any negligence on the part of FedEx. Diet Designs assumes no liability for incorrect
shipping information provided by the customer.
BILLING POLICIES

We require that you leave a credit card on file with us and we will automatically debt your account each week. If these arrangements are not acceptable to you, please contact the office to make other arrangements.

For orders placed online, Diet Designs staff will contact you by phone to discuss your program and accuracy.
No credit cards will be charged and no food will be delivered until we have confirmed your information.
Changes to a Delivery or Meal Plan
You may make changes to your delivery (vacation hold) or to your meal plan.

Friday by 12noon (PST), to affect a Monday delivery
Monday by 12noon (PST), to affect a Wednesday delivery
Wednesday by 12noon (PST) to affect a Friday delivery

Program Cancellation
