Diet Designs offers two meal plan options. A 5-day plan and a 7-day plan which includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Appetizer, Dessert, & Snacks. Please contact Diet Designs for additional information about other plan options that are available.
Our 5-day meal plan runs from Monday's dinner through Saturday's lunch. The Monday delivery includes meals for Monday's dinner through Wednesday's lunch. The Wednesday delivery includes meals for Wednesday's dinner through Saturday's lunch.
Delivery days are Monday and Wednesday for clients on our 5-day program. There is an additional Friday delivery option for clients on our 7-day plans.
There is a charge for each delivery. Los Angeles proper is approximately $12. If you live outside of Los Angeles, please call Diet Designs for a correct quote for your location.
Your food will be delivered in a Diet Designs cooler bag. If you do not return the bags at the termination of your program, you will be charged $25 for every unreturned bag.
Deliveries are conducted between the hours of 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm. We encourage you to arrange to have someone available to receive the food. However, in the event that no one is available please provide us with written instructions on where to leave the food in a safe, cool place.
Diet Designs cannot be held responsible for FedEx due to their negligence and/or acts of nature. We promise to work on your behalf regarding all FedEx claims due to damaged meals, undelivered packages, acts of nature, or any negligence on the part of FedEx. Diet Designs assumes no liability for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Clients preferring to pick-up their food may do so on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
For other U.S. locations, please speak to a Diet Designs representative who will set up your personal FedEx account in order to receive your meals. Diet Designs receives 30% off the quoted FedEx rate. An additional $25.00 fee will be applied per shipment for packaging material. FedEx deliveries are shipped Priority Overnight and arrive Tuesday and Thursday mornings by 10:00 am.
We assume that you will be on the program each week unless you notify us by email only.
For orders placed online, Diet Designs staff will contact you by phone to discuss your program and accuracy. No credit cards will be charged and no food will be delivered until we have confirmed your information.
We must receive cancellations or adjustments to your food plan in writing via EMAIL info@dietdesigns.com or FAX (310) 253-9076. We do not accept phone cancellations. (Initial)_______
We must have cancellations by the following deadlines:
For Delivery #1 (Monday) by 12:00 PM the Friday before.
For Delivery #2 (Wednesday) by 12:00 PM on Monday.
For Delivery #3 (Friday) by 12:00 PM on Wednesday
**Any cancellations made after the above deadlines will result in a charge for the ENTIRE DELIVERY.**
We require that you leave a credit card on file with us and we will automatically debt your account each week. If these arrangements are not acceptable to you, please contact the office to make other arrangements.
Consultation Appointments
Office consultations are $200 per hour. You will need to bring a recent copy of your CBC and Comprehensive Metabolic Panel with you to the consultation.
Follow-up consultations are $75 per hour.
Phone consultations are $150 per hour. It is necessary for you to complete our paperwork and submit recent blood work prior to your appointment. The client is responsible for initiating the telephone call for the phone consultation appointment.
